5. Product Information

6. Used, LOT and AS-IS Products

Used, LOT, open-box, refurbished, clearance, and AS-IS products may have different conditions from brand-new products.

The condition of such products will be described in the product listing or communicated to the customer where applicable.

Used and LOT products are sold on a FINAL SALE / AS-IS basis and are non-refundable and non-returnable unless Hazara Computers specifically states otherwise in writing.

Customers should carefully review the product description and condition before purchasing.

7. Product Testing Before Dispatch

Hazara Computers may test products before dispatch to confirm their working condition.

Where applicable, we may record a product testing video before dispatch and provide it to the customer through WhatsApp or another communication channel.

The testing video may show the product's condition, functionality, model, serial number, accessories, or other relevant information.

The testing video may be retained as evidence of the product's condition before dispatch.

8. Customer Unboxing & Inspection

For courier-delivered orders, customers are strongly required to record a continuous video before opening the package and throughout the unboxing process.

The recording should show:

  • The sealed courier package

  • Shipping label/order information

  • Condition of the package

  • Opening/unsealing of the package

  • Product condition

  • Included accessories

  • Testing/checking of the product where possible

Claims for damage, missing items, wrong products, or products allegedly received non-working may not be accepted without sufficient video evidence.

Customers should inspect the package and product immediately after receiving the order.

9. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are requesting to purchase the selected products.

An order is not considered finally accepted until Hazara Computers confirms the order.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or reject an order

  • Cancel an order

  • Limit quantities

  • Request additional information

  • Correct pricing or product information errors

  • Refuse service where there is a reasonable concern regarding fraud or misuse

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed according to our applicable refund terms.

10. Pricing

All product prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices are accurate. However, if a pricing or listing error occurs, Hazara Computers reserves the right to cancel the affected order.

If payment has already been received for an order cancelled because of a pricing or listing error, the amount paid for that cancelled order may be refunded.

Shipping and other applicable charges may be added separately.

11. Payment

Customers must provide accurate payment information when placing an order.

We may offer different payment methods depending on availability, including online payment, bank transfer, cash payment, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

For COD orders, courier/shipping charges may be required to be paid in advance before dispatch.

The remaining product amount may be collected through COD according to the order arrangement.

12. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD availability is subject to Hazara Computers' approval and courier service availability.

We may contact the customer to confirm a COD order before dispatch.

If a customer refuses delivery, fails to collect the parcel, provides incorrect delivery information, or cancels an order after dispatch, the customer may be responsible for applicable courier, return, or shipping charges.

Any advance courier charges may be non-refundable in such circumstances.

13. Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery times may vary because of courier delays, weather, public holidays, strikes, road closures, security conditions, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Hazara Computers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

14. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

  • Used products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • LOT products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • AS-IS products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

  • Products damaged, modified, or improperly handled by the customer may not be eligible for return.

  • Approved claims are subject to verification.

  • Claims without sufficient required video evidence may be rejected.

15. Warranty

Some products may carry a manufacturer, distributor, or seller warranty.

Where a warranty is provided, the warranty terms applicable to the particular product will apply.

Warranty generally does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Liquid or water damage

  • Burning or electrical damage

  • Power fluctuation or incorrect voltage

Used, LOT, clearance, or AS-IS products may have no warranty unless expressly stated in the product listing or invoice.

16. Software and Installation Services

Software installation, operating-system installation, BIOS installation, configuration, setup, and other completed IT services are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

Hazara Computers is not responsible for problems resulting from viruses, malware, third-party software, customer-installed applications, operating-system changes, unauthorized modifications, or incorrect configuration performed by the customer.

17. Compatibility

Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility before purchase.

This includes compatibility with computers, laptops, motherboards, operating systems, networking equipment, CCTV systems, POS systems, printers, power supplies, and other hardware or software.

Hazara Computers may provide assistance with compatibility questions, but unless compatibility is expressly confirmed by Hazara Computers in writing, the customer remains responsible for ensuring that the selected product meets their requirements.

18. Intellectual Property

All content on HazaraComputers.com, including logos, brand names, product descriptions, text, graphics, images, website design, layout, videos, and marketing material, is owned by or licensed to Hazara Computers or the respective rights holder.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

19. Prohibited Use

Hazara Computers is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information, including incorrect address, phone number, name, or failure to respond to courier calls.

Additional delivery or return charges may apply where applicable.

24. Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Hazara Computers.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If a customer refuses or fails to receive a dispatched order, applicable courier and return charges may be charged or deducted from any eligible refund.
