1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods, subject to availability at checkout:

We do not accept cryptocurrency, crypto-linked wallets, Skrill, or any similar unregulated payment method, and none are integrated on this website.

2. Currency

All prices displayed on HazaraComputers.com are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs.). We do not currently sell in foreign currency; no currency converter is required as all transactions are quoted and settled in PKR.

3. Online Payment Security

Online payments are processed through our licensed payment gateway partner over an encrypted, secure connection. Hazara Computers does not collect, view, or store your full card number, CVV, or online/mobile banking credentials — these are entered directly on the payment gateway's secure page and handled under its own security standards.

4. Order Confirmation and Payment Verification

For all orders — including online payments and COD — we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm order and payment details before dispatch. This helps us verify the transaction and prevent fraud. See our Terms of Service for details on order acceptance and cancellation.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where COD is available, courier/shipping charges may be required in advance before dispatch, with the remaining product amount collected in cash at the time of delivery. COD is subject to order verification, product type, order value, and courier availability, and we reserve the right to restrict or refuse COD where necessary. 6. Failed or Disputed Transactions

If an online payment fails, is declined, or is disputed, please contact us with your order details so we can verify the transaction status with our payment gateway partner and assist with a resolution. Genuine duplicate or failed-but-charged transactions are investigated and refunded according to our Return & Refund Policy and the payment gateway's applicable timelines.

7. Refunds to Original Payment Method

Where a refund is approved under our Return & Refund Policy, refunds for online/gateway payments are issued back to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing time depends on the payment gateway and your bank's settlement process.

8. No Prohibited Payment Methods

Hazara Computers does not integrate, accept, or facilitate payment through cryptocurrency, crypto-exchange-linked services, or similar unregulated payment channels (including but not limited to Skrill). Any future addition of a payment method will be reviewed for compliance with applicable banking and regulatory requirements before being made available.

9. Changes to This Policy

Hazara Computers / HazaraComputers.com reserves the right to change, modify, add to, or remove any part of this Payment Policy at any time, without prior notice. The updated Policy takes effect once published on HazaraComputers.com.
