We make reasonable efforts to ensure product names, descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability displayed on our website are accurate. However, manufacturers may change specifications, packaging, or accessories without notice, and images may be for illustration purposes and differ slightly from the actual product.

Customers should contact us before ordering if they need confirmation of a specific model, revision, color, accessory, or compatibility requirement.

6. Used, LOT and AS-IS Products

Used, LOT, open-box, refurbished, clearance, and AS-IS products may differ in condition from brand-new items. Condition is described in the product listing or communicated to the customer where applicable.

Used and LOT products are sold on a FINAL SALE / AS-IS basis and are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless Hazara Computers specifically states otherwise in writing. Customers should review the product description and condition carefully before purchasing.

7. Product Testing Before Dispatch

We may test products before dispatch to confirm working condition. Where applicable, we may record a testing video showing the product's condition, functionality, and accessories before it is packed, and may share this video with the customer via WhatsApp or another channel. This video may be used as evidence of the product's condition prior to shipment.

8. Customer Unboxing & Inspection

For courier-delivered orders, customers are strongly required to record a continuous video before opening the package and throughout the complete unboxing process, showing the sealed package, shipping label, package condition, the opening process, the product, and included accessories.

Claims for damage, missing items, wrong products, or products allegedly received non-working may not be accepted without sufficient video evidence. Customers should inspect and test the product immediately upon receipt.

9. Orders

Placing an order is a request to purchase; it is not finally accepted until we confirm it. We reserve the right to accept or reject an order, cancel an order, limit quantities, request additional information, correct pricing or listing errors, or refuse service where there is reasonable concern of fraud or misuse. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order; any amount already paid for a cancelled order may be refunded. Shipping and other applicable charges are added separately.

11. Payment

Customers must provide accurate payment information. We may offer online payment, bank transfer, cash payment, and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability. For COD orders, courier/shipping charges may be required in advance before dispatch, with the remaining product amount collected on delivery.

Online payments made through our payment gateway are processed securely by our licensed payment partner(s); Hazara Computers does not store your full card or account credentials.

12. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD availability is subject to our approval and courier availability. We may contact you to confirm a COD order before dispatch. If you refuse delivery, fail to collect the parcel, provide incorrect delivery information, or cancel after dispatch, you may be responsible for applicable courier, return, or shipping charges, and any advance courier charge paid may be non-refundable.

We make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe provided at purchase. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, strikes, road closures, security conditions, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 14. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy. In summary: used, LOT, and AS-IS products are non-refundable and non-returnable; change-of-mind returns are not accepted; customer-damaged or modified products are not eligible; claims require sufficient video evidence; and all approved returns are subject to verification.

15. Warranty

Some products carry a manufacturer, distributor, or seller warranty, subject to that product's specific terms. Warranty generally does not cover physical damage, liquid/electrical damage, incorrect voltage, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repair, modification, broken seals, or normal wear and tear. Used, LOT, and AS-IS products may carry no warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

16. Software and Installation Services

Software/OS/BIOS installation, configuration, and other completed IT services are non-refundable once performed. We are not responsible for issues arising from viruses, malware, third-party software, or unauthorized changes made by the customer after service completion.

Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility with their existing hardware/software before purchase. Unless compatibility is expressly confirmed by us in writing, the customer remains responsible for ensuring the product meets their needs.

All content on HazaraComputers.com — logos, brand name, product descriptions, text, graphics, images, layout, and videos — is owned by or licensed to Hazara Computers or the respective rights holder. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit this content without prior written permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement or partnership.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.

24. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. If a dispatched order is refused or not collected, applicable courier/return charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
